Hi! I’m Mark Smith — Proud space coast resident. I live in the Cocoa Beach area and absolutely love everything about this quaint community and what it has to offer. After moving here from Atlanta to join family, I decided to pursue my lifelong passion in real estate. I have a very diverse background having been in the Air Force while getting my Industrial Engineering degree, going into software sales and finally starting my own successful businesses. Along the way, I have purchased, renovated and flipped houses. I absolutely fell in love seeing the end result and the happy new homeowners. So, real estate was a natural step in my career process as I enjoy solving problems and helping people. My top priority is ensuring that every client feels confident, supported, and completely satisfied throughout the entire process.When I am not working with clients, you'll likely find me at the beach with family, fishing, paddle boarding, learning how to surf or on my boat.
